Terms and Conditions for Lucky Draw
1. Eligibility: The lucky draw is open to all attendees of the World Food Fair (WFF) at Singapore Expo Hall 4, with the exception of Constellar employees and their immediate family members.
2. Draw Timing: The lucky draw will be conducted daily at 5:00 PM at the stage.
3. Cut off Time: The cut off time for participation is 4:45 PM.
4. Prize: One prize will be awarded daily, unless there was no winner on previous day (s), in which case the prize(s) will be carried over.
5. Selection Process:
• Five names will be drawn each day.
• The first drawn name will be announced as the potential winner.
• If the winner is not present at the time of the draw, the prize will go to the next drawn name who is present.
6. Forfeiture:
• If none of the five drawn winners are present, the prize will be rolled over to the following day.
7. Presence Requirement: All participants must be physically present at the stage at the time of the draw to claim their prize.
8. Identification: Winners must present valid identification to claim their prize.
9. Non-transferable: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
10. Organizer’s Rights: The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the draw at any time without prior notice.
11. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Prizes
• Ticket is valid for a travel period for a total of 3 months from July 31 to September 31,2024.
• For peak period travel during the eve of public holiday or Singapore school holiday period August 31 to September 8, 2024) there will be a top up fee required subject to airlines' availability and fare difference (If applicable).
• To reserve the seat for the preferred date of travel it is recommended that reservation be given 2 weeks or 14 working days advance notice.
• Tickets issued are restricted to specific airlines and it is non-negotiable, non-reissuable, non-refundable and non-reroutable.
• A charge of S$125.00 per ticket will be levied for any amendment if air tickets are issued.
• Any amendment of the flight routing or change of date by the traveler is solely at traveler's own risk and no refund will be given for any unutilised flight sector.
• In the event of flight schedule change, the company reserves the right to make any changes at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances without any obligations and compensations.
• Kindly note that Burnaby Solutions acts as an agent for the airlines only, and all terms and conditions stipulated by the airlines will be adopted as indicated.
• Once payment for top up is made and air ticket is issued, no refunds will be extended to the travelers.
